These newly developed methods are being increasingly required by researchers in biomedical fields such as cancer research, immunology, neuroscience, and developmental biology. The GeoMX Digital Spatial Profiler system allows multiplexed measurement of protein and nucleic acids offering the ability to quantify up to 96 proteins and over 18,000 RNA targets on a formalin-fixed, paraffin- embedded (FFPE) or a fresh frozen (FF) tissue section on a microscope slide. At the moment, the GeoMX Digital Spatial Profiler system represents a unique combination of features not found in any other instrument currently on the market.
