LV-, IV-, autom.-, sprink.- ja sahkourakat alistetaan paaurakkaan. Tilaajan omaan hankintaan sisaltyy betonielementit, suurkeittion laitteet, koneet, kalusteet ja varusteet seka hissit ja nostimet.
