Asiakkaat ovat paaasiassa vanhuksia, vammaisia, pitkaaikaissairaita, sotainvalideja ja omaishoidon tuen asiakkaita.Hankittavaan turvapalvelutoimintaan sisaltyy:-- halytyspaivystys vuoden jokaisena paivana 24 h/vrk,-- turva-auttajakaynnit vuoden jokaisena paivana 24 h/vrk,-- turvalaitteisto ja niiden asennus, huolto, korjaus ja paristojen tai laitteiston vaihto,-- asiakkaiden avainten noudot, palautukset ja vaihdot,-- asiakkaiden ja kotihoidon tyontekijoiden opastus,-- laitteiden nouto asiakkailta palvelun paatyttya.Turvalaitteistolla tarkoitetaan halytyksensiirtolaitetta ja asiakkaan ranteessa tai kaulassa kannettavaa halytyspainiketta, joiden valityksella asiakas liitetaan palveluntuottajan halytysten vastaanottoon.Hankittavia palveluja tarvitaan suomen- ja ruotsinkielisina.
