Hankinnan tavoitteena on saada Tilaajalle ja Tilaajaorganisaatioille korkealaatuista ja hinnoiltaan kilpailukykyista Microsoft -konsultointi- ja -asiantuntijatapalvelua. Perustamisvaiheen jalkeen Tilaaja tulee valittomasti minikilpailuttamaan kuhunkin koriin yhden tai useamman kumppanin, joilta merkittava osuus hankinnnoista tullaan tekemaan koko dynaamisen hankintajarjestleman ajan.Minikilpailutuksiin voi sisaltya palveluiden lisaksi vahaisessa maarin tavarahankintaa, kuten palvelun kayttamisen yhteydessa tarvittavia ohjelmistoja.
