Kiinteistot muodostavat kolme (3) erillista kampusta Seinajoella osoitteissa Kirkkokatu 10, Tornavantie 24 ja Rastaantaival 2.Rakennusurakat kilpailutetaan osoitteittain EU-kynnysarvon ylittavina hankintoina.Hankkeessa hyodynnetaan projektipankki Buildercomia.
