L'accord-cadre est etabli selon une procedure d'appel d'offres ouvert conformement aux articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 et R. 2161-2 et suivants du code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre est compose de sept lots. L'accord-cadre est mono-attributaire et est execute par emission de bons de commande en application des articles R. 2162-2 et R. 2162-4 du code de la commande publique sans montant minimal annuel et avec les montants maximaux annuels tels qu'indiques dans le RC. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une annee a compter de sa date de notification. Il pourra etre renouvele trois fois par tacite reconduction et le titulaire ne peut s'y opposer. La periode de reconduction est de douze mois. L'accord-cadre ne comporte pas de tranche. Les variantes ne sont pas admises.
