Dans ce cadre, l'OPAc du Rhone souhaite designer une equipe pluridisciplinaire d'architecte urbaniste et paysagiste en chef pour l'accompagner dans la mise en oeuvre du projet a partir du plan guide valide, en temps 1, lors du comite d'engagement ANRU du 3.4.2019. Cette equipe sera egalement composee d'un assistant a maitrise d'ouvrage developpement durable qui aura en charge la definition des cibles et des objectifs en terme de developpement durable et qui veillera a leur transcription dans le plan de masse et les documents de reference de la Zac (Cpaupe, charte d'objectifs developpement durable...), -- les prestations donneront lieu a un accord-cadre a bons de commande conclu avec un seul titulaire et sans minimum ni maximum.
