L'etablissement sera construit dans le quartier de la ZAC Roquefeuil a Saint-Gilles les Bains sur une parcelle de 20 000 metres carres. La capacite du college est de 900 eleves comportant des salles d'enseignements (y compris une section specialisee type Ulis (Unite Localisee pour l'inclusion Scolaire), l'administration, les equipements de restauration collective, ainsi que des logements de fonction. L'etablissement comporte un equipement sportif comprenant, gymnase, terrain exterieur, piste et une salle de gymnastique. Le projet prevoit la construction de batiments en R+2 maximum (surface de planchers d'environs 8 000 metres carres dont 550 metres carres pour les logements de fonction. Les espaces non occupes par des constructions seront amenages de plantations realisees en paysage forestier. Cette construction est cofinancee par l'union europeenne.Awards
