Il comporte une partie forfaitaire pour la maintenance et le support des licences SAP Business Objects et une partie a bons de commande sans minimum et avec un maximum fixe a 120 000 EUR HT sur la duree totale de l'accord-cadre pour l'acquisition de licences supplementaires et leur maintenance ainsi que pour les prestations associees. Le present accord-cadre est etabli pour une duree de quatre ans a compter de sa date de notification et au plus tot le 1.5.2021. Sans prejudice des dispositions des articles 39 et suivants CCAG-TIC, il est resiliable a chaque date anniversaire par decision du pouvoir adjudicateur notifiee au titulaire par lettre recommandee avec accuse de reception deux (2) mois avant l'echeance de la periode en cours. Cette denonciation n'ouvre droit a aucune indemnite au titulaire.Awards
