Il se compose d'un batiment central de six niveaux dont des parkings. Il est de plus relie a la gare SNCF de Perrache par une passerelle exterieure. Le Celp dispose d'une installation de video protection depuis 2012. Celle-ci est composee de 145 cameras (95 cameras interieures et 50 cameras exterieures) reparties sur les differents niveaux du site. Elles sont raccordees sur une baie equipee d'enregistreurs situee dans un local technique dedie situe au PC securite du batiment (niveau 1 bis).Awards
