Le terrain d'assiette de l'operation est situe en entree de ville d'Auriol, en bordure de la DN560 et de l'autoroute A52. Le projet s'inscrit dans une operation d'ensemble de 50 logements prives construits au Nord et des locaux d'activite commerciale au Sud. Le projet comprend 4 batiments en R+2 avec deux niveaux de sous-sols sous les batiments A et B, SHAB totale de 3 205 m2. Un renforcement de sol par inclusions sous les quatre batiments est au programme de travaux. Compte tenu de l'environnement contraint, notamment en termes d'acoustique et de qualite d'air, un systeme electrique individuel 4 en 1 sera mis en place pour le chauffage, le rafraichissement passif, la production d'ECS et la ventilation double-flux. Le programme vise un niveau de performance RT2012-10 % et une certification NF Habitat HQE.Awards
