Le projet se situe sur un terrain occupe actuellement par des anciens terrains de sports. L'equipement comprend: -- 6 salles de classe maternelle, -- 9 salles de classe primaire, -- des dortoirs, salles polyvalente, bibliotheque et salle de motricite, -- un office de rechauffage et un restaurant avec self d'une capacite de 300 eleves. La surface de plancher de l'equipement est de 3 838 m2. Une liaison sous forme de passage ferme est a effectuer avec le recent centre de loisirs. La structure porteuse est concue en bois, l'infrastructure et des ouvrages ponctuels sont prevus en beton. La presence d'une marniere remblayee impose la realisation de pieux (15 m) sur la totalite du batiment d'enseignement. Concernant le volet environnemental, le programme fixe un objectif de batiment passif (sans certification). L'isolation est assuree par des caissons remplis deAwards
