Il donnera lieu a l'emission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont reparties en 6 lots. Les candidats ont l'obligation de repondre a la solution de base et devront faire 1 proposition pour chacune des variantes exigees relatives aux lots no 1, no 2 et no 3. Ils pourront repondre aux 2 variantes dites <<prestations supplementaires eventuelles>> du lot no 6. Concernant le lot no 5, les candidats pourront presenter une variante libre. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une periode initiale de 2 ans a compter de la date de notification du contrat et pourra etre reconduit sans que la duree globale ne depasse 4 ans.Awards
