La presente procedure est soumise aux dispositions des articles R. 2113-1, R. 2124-1, R. 2131-16 et -17, R. 2161-1, R. 2162-13 et -14 et R. 2124-1 du code de la commande publique. Cette consultation sera passee en application des articles L. 2125-1 et R. 2162-1 a -6 du code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre multi-attributaire a bon de commande avec minimum et maximum. Le montant total des commandes pour une annee est compris entre 155 000 EUR HT et 260 000 EUR HT. Le present marche est conclu pour une periode d'un an a compter de sa notification. L'accord-cadre est reconductible tacitement, dans la limite de trois (3) reconductions d'une duree de douze (12) mois chacune. Sa duree totale ne pourra donc exceder quatre ans.Awards
