Le marche public, issu de la presente consultation, sera conclu pour la direction regionale de Constructys Antilles Guyane. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre conclu sans montant minimal ni maximal, fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles et execute au fur et a mesure de l'emission de bons de commande (articles L. 2125-1 1o, R. 2162-1 a R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique). Cet accord-cadre est mono-attributaire. Le present marche public est conclu a compter de sa date de notification pour une duree de douze mois. A l'issue de cette premiere periode contractuelle, le marche public est reconductible tacitement trois fois par nouvelle periode de douze mois. Pour les lots 1, 4 et 6, la premiere POEC devra idealement debuter mi-octobre 2021 et se terminer au plus tard mi-decembre 2021. Les POEC pour les lots 2, 3 et 5 seront programmees en fonction des besoins du territoire. Date previsionnelle de notification: semaine 31.Awards
