Le Titulaire s'engage a respecter l'ensemble des dispositions des CCTP, et ce, pour toute la duree du contrat, reconductions comprises. Le perimetre du marche correspond aux limites du territoire de la Collectivite. Le Syndicat possede sur son territoire 11 decheteries et 2 relais-decheteries concernes par les prestations objet du present marche. Sous reserve du respect des obligations de transmission en Prefecture et de notification du present marche, celui-ci commence a courir le 1er octobre 2012 pour une duree de 9 mois, reconductible 3 fois 1 an, soit 3 ans et 9 mois maximum. Le president du Syndicat prend par ecrit la decision de reconduire ou non le marche au plus tard 1 mois avant l'echeance provisoire du marche. Le Titulaire ne peut pas refuser sa reconduction.Awards
