Elle fixe le cadre juridique necessaire a la passation des accords-cadres. Elle designe le GrandAngouleme comme le coordonnateur. La personne morale membre du groupement est la suivante: Syndicat mixte pour l'amenagement, l'entretien et la gestion du Plan d'eau de la Grande Prairie (Smape). Les accords-cadres sont monoattributaires par emission de bons de commande sur la base de prix unitaires sans engagement sur des montants minima et maxima. Les prix unitaires sont revisables par le biais de l'ajustement a chaque reconduction.Awards
