Les travaux seront commandes par bons de commande etablis a partir des bordereaux de prix, et concerneront: -- l'entretien courant; -- les Etats des lieux (EDL); -- le gros entretien; -- ainsi que les prestations necessaires pour la reception des travaux des operations immobilieres (neuf et rehabilitation). Pour les prestations supplementaires, en lien avec les marches, qui pourraient survenir en cours d?execution, elles pourront faire l'objet de marches subsequents avec les attributaires.
