Le present avis concerne un depot de candidatures. L'operation consiste a realiser le futur batiment <<magasin cible>>, d'une surface utile de 1 045 m2 pour une surface totale d'environ 1 163 m2 de bati construit. Les prestations seront scindees en deux phases (etudes et travaux). Les prestations s'executeront sur une duree de 22 mois et comprendront une periode de preparation de trois mois comprise dans le delai global contractuel. Une prime sera accordee aux candidats retenus ayant remis une offre. Le montant de la prime pourra etre module en fonction de la qualite technique de l'offre. Le montant maximal par candidat agree est de 20 000 EUR TTC.Awards
