Cette rehabilitation accueillera differents equipements culturels et economiques. Ce batiment aux qualites architecturales et techniques remarquables (volumes interieurs et structures caracteristiques) integrera un ensemble de 7 etablissements ERP distincts, aux acces et circulations internes communs. Les etablissements precites (salle hypostyle, petite salle, cuves, salle d'embouteillage, Atelier 01 - 02 et 03) seront au coeur de ce futur lieu multi-activites, comportant egalement de la restauration (cuisine prevue pour 200 couverts).
