Le marche public, issu de la presente consultation, sera conclu pour la direction regionale Bretagne. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre conclu sans montant minimal ni maximal, fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles et execute au fur et a mesure de l'emission de bons de commande (articles L. 2125-1-1o, R. 2162-1 a R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique). Cet accord-cadre est mono-attributaire. Le present marche public est conclu a compter de sa date de notification pour une duree de douze mois. A l'issue de cette premiere periode contractuelle, le marche public est reconductible tacitement trois fois par nouvelle periode de douze mois. La 1re POEC devra imperativement debuter avant le vendredi 30.4.2021 (idealement le lundi 19.4.2021) et devra se terminer avant le 30.7.2021. Constructys s'engage dans ce cas a notifier le marche le 2.4.2021 au plus tard.Awards
