Pour le lot 1, le marche comporte une tranche ferme et une tranche conditionnelle: -- tranche ferme: construction de l'institut des mathematiques, -- tranche conditionnelle 1: construction de deux terrains de tennis y compris les equipements (concerne le lot 1). L'universite se reserve la possibilite d'affermir la tranche conditionnelle dans un delai maximum de 18 mois a compter de la date de notification du marche. L'execution de cette tranche est subordonnee a une decision expresse du pouvoir adjudicateur notifiee au titulaire avant l'expiration de ce delai. Si la tranche conditionnelle est affermie avec retard ou n'est pas affermie, le titulaire ne beneficiera pas d'une indemnite d'attente ou de dedit.Awards
