A compter de cette date, il sera reconduit tacitement trois (3) fois pour une periode d'un (1) an, sans que le titulaire ne puisse s'y opposer. Dans le cas ou l'opera souhaiterait ne pas reconduire le marche, une decision de non-reconduction sera adressee au titulaire au plus tard le 30 septembre precedant l'echeance de reconduction. Le marche est conclu a prix mixte. Il comporte une part forfaitaire detaillee dans le cadre de la Decomposition du prix global et forfaitaire (DPGF) et une part executee a bons de commande, sur la base des prix unitaires identifies dans le Bordereau des prix unitaires (BPU).Awards
