La mission comprendra les elements suivants: DIAG / ESQ - APS - APD - PRO - EXE - ACT - DET - AOR ainsi que les missions d'etudes et de coordination SSI. Tranche conditionnelle: OPC. Le programme des travaux prevoit l'extension et la restructuration d'un batiment a l'hopital la Grafenbourg a Brumath, pour une surface envisagee d'environ 7 200 m2 SDO. Il accueillera les unites et services suivants: -- 4 unites d'hebergement (EHPAD) de 18 lits chacune, -- 3 unites de vie protegees (ou unite d'hebergement renforce) de 12 lits chacune, -- 1 unite SSR de 26 lits, -- 1 accueil de jour de 12 places, -- locaux communs, -- cuisine en production de 200 a 250 repas/service. L'operation est prevue d'etre realisee en 2 phases de travaux. La livraison de la phase 1 (extension) devant intervenir au plus tard en decembre 2012. Les prestations relatives a la restructuration sont susceptibles d'etre affectees d'une TVA a 5,5 %. Competences minimums requises: -- Architecture, structure, VRD, fluides, thermique, economie de la construction, OPC, cuisine, qualite environnementale. La presentation de variantes libres n'est pas autorisee. Prestations divisees en lots: non. Duree du marche de maitrise d'oeuvre: a compter de la notification du marche jusqu'a expiration du delai de garantie de parfait achevement des travaux, soit 1 an a compter de la reception des travaux.Awards
