Le titulaire, charge de l'encaissement des recettes publicitaires aupres des annonceurs, reversera une partie des recettes a l'association sous forme de redevance. Celle-ci est calculee sur la base d'un pourcentage des recettes realisees par la commercialisation des espaces publicitaires. Le taux de redevance demande par l'association sur les recettes publicitaires generees devra etre compris entre 60 et 70 % des recettes realisees. Le present marche est soumis au code de la commande publique (ci-apres designe <<le code>>). Qualifie de marche de services, il est soumis aux dispositions du CCAG-FCS approuve par arrete du 19.9.2009. Il est passe selon la procedure de l'appel d'offres ouvert, soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 du code.Awards
