Le pouvoir adjudicateur souhaite ameliorer et garantir la performance energetique des batiments par rapport a la situation de reference des batiments inclus au perimetre du marche. Le titulaire devra realiser des actions d'amelioration de la performance energetique (APE) sur les batiments et les installations de Chauffage-Ventilation-Climatisation (CVC), de traitement et de distribution d'eau chaude sanitaire. Il devra mettre aussi en place une gestion technique centralisee (GTC). Dans le cadre de ce Programme de renovation energetique, des travaux d'efficacite energetique sur des batiments cibles sont imposes par le pouvoir adjudicateur. Le Titulaire assurera l'exploitation, l'entretien, la maintenance et le depannage des equipements thermiques.Awards
