Cette unite d'hospitalisation est composee de 2 zones: l'une penitentiaire, l'autre hospitaliere (divisee en 2 unites de 20 lits chacune). Le present marche est divise en 24 lots. Les lots relatifs a la fourniture et a la maintenance des equipements (lots 8 et 9) seront attribues conjointement au meme attributaire. Les lots relatifs aux equipements de protection contre l'incendie (lots 12 a 16) seront attribues conjointement au meme attributaire. Les variantes presentees en plus d'une offre base en tous points conforme au cahier des charges sont autorisees dans la limite d'une variante au maximum par candidat. Les candidats sont par ailleurs tenus d'apporter une reponse aux options sur les lots 2, 8, 17 et 18. La presente consultation donnera lieu a la passation de marches qui seront executoires: -- lots no 1 a 8 et 10 a 24: a compter de la date de sa notification du marche jusqu'au 31.12.2012, -- lot no 9: a compter de la date d'installation jusqu'au 31.12.2012. Ce marche sera reconductible, par decision expresse du pouvoir adjudicateur, pour les periodes allant du 1.1.2013 au 31.12.2013, puis du 1.1.2014 au 31.12.2014 et enfin du 1.1.2015 au 31.12.2015. Les premieres commandes interviendront a compter de mi-septembre 2011. L'essentiel de l'equipement sera realise fin 2011. Des complements interviendront courant 2012.Awards
