Le present marche public est passe en procedure d'appel d'offres ouvert, en application des articles 66, 67 et 68 du decret ndeg 2016-360 du 25.3.2016 relatif aux marches publics. Les prestations feront l'objet d'un accord=cadre a bons de commande avec les montants annuels minimums et maximums suivants: -- minimum: 100 000 EUR HT, -- maximum: 400 000 EUR HT. Conformement a l'article 78 du decret ndeg 2016-360 du 25.3.2016 relatif aux marches publics, la consultation donnera lieu a un accord-cadre a bons de commande mono-attributaire. Les bons de commande seront notifies par le pouvoir adjudicateur au fur et a mesure des besoins. Le marche est conclu a compter du 1.1.2017 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est posterieure, jusqu'au 31.12.2017. Il pourra etre reconduit par decision tacite, pour une duree de 1 an 3 fois au maximum.Awards
