Cette tranche optionnelle sera affermie au plus tard a la validation de la phase 1. Aucune indemnite d'attente ou de dedit ne sera versee. Les lots 2 et 3 prendront fin a la validation des prestations. Le delai max d'execution du lot 2 est de 16 mois, hors periode de validation.
