Le cluster de calcul actuellement utilise par l'urgi est constitue de 3 HP Bladesystem C7000 avec 38 lames HP Bl460c, 128 coeurs Intel Xeon E5450, 264 coeurs Intel Xeon X5670, 1,3 TO de memoire, un noeud maitre HP Dl380 G5 et un stockage en NAS Netapp FAS 2040 avec 72 TO SATA bruts. Le noeud maitre sert de qmaster pour Sun Grid Engine et de frontal SSH, il tourne sous Rocks/Centos. Les C7000 sont en reseau sur un switch 48 ports 10 gb/s disposant de 10 ports libres au minimum. Il n'y a pas de reseau MPI. L'ensemble est racke dans 1 armoire APC Netshelter SX Ar3100 refroidie par une climatisation APC Inrow RD 300mm de 10 kw, avec kit de confinement arriere pour 2 racks. Le stockage Netapp est sauvegarde en NDMP par 2 lecteurs LTO 5 FC dedies dans une librairie Overland NEO 4000e pilotee par Atempo Time Navigator. Le serveur de sauvegarde est un Sun V210 sous Solaris 10, il pilote egalement une autre librairie de bandes.Awards
