Le contenu, les caracteristiques et les conditions d'execution des prestations demandees sont precises dans le Cahier des clauses administratives particulieres (CCAP) et dans le Cahier des clauses techniques particulieres (CCTP). La presente consultation est constituee de 2 lots. Les lots 1 et 2 sont des accords-cadres multi-attributaires qui seront attribues respectivement a 2 candidats. Pour chaque lot, l'accord-cadre comporte une partie de prestations forfaitaires, au sens de l'article 17 du decret relatif aux marches publics, decrites a l'article 2.2 du CCTP. L'accord-cadre s'execute egalement en partie par l'emission de bons de commande portant sur les prestations decrites a l'article 2.3 du CCTP.Awards
