Zentrale Punkte sind eine strukturierte, einheitliche Ablage sowie leicht auffindbare, langfristig lesbare Dokumente.Die Einfuhrung ist organisatorisch stufenweise geplant. Organisatorisch sollen zunachst die Pilotbereiche (Versorgungsamt, Beteiligungsmanagement) die Aktenfuhrung auf das DMS umstellen, spater folgen sukzessive weitere Organisationseinheiten bis zur flachendeckenden Einfuhrung. Inhaltlich werden die zentralen Module eines DMS (Aktenablage, Office-Integration, E-Mail-Integration, Posteingangsbearbeitung, Dokumentenbearbeitung, Wissensmanagement und Workflow) angegangen.Der erste Schritt im Pilotamt ist zum Mitte 2015 geplant.
