Das betrifft insbesondere das 13geschossige Bettenhaus (Stahlbetonskelettbau). Einige Stationen wurden bereits saniert. Die Sanierung erfolgt stationsweise - die benachbarten Stationen bleiben vollstandig in Betrieb. Gesucht werden 2 Baufirmen, mit denen ein Rahmenvertrag fur die Fliesenarbeiten - Boden und Wand - geschlossen wird. Es sollen jahrlich 2 bis 4 Stationen (insgesamt 18) saniert werden. Der Leistungsumfang ergibt sich aus dem jeweiligen Sanierungskonzept, dieses wird schrittweise erarbeitet und angepasst. Hinzu kommen weitere Umbauten im Gebaudebestand. Die Gesamtkosten des Bettenhauses werden auf 30 Mio. EUR netto geschatzt, die Kosten Fliesenarbeiten einer Station auf 80 000 EUR.Awards
