Das Leibniz-Institut fur Photonische Technologien e.V. schreibt ein Gerat fur die spitzenverstarkte Raman-Spektroskopie aus. Das System soll durch die Kombination von Rasterkraftmikroskopie (AFM - Atomic Force Microscopy), Raman-Spektroskopie und plasmonischer Aktivitat geeignet sein, Oberflachen- und Grenzflachenphanomene zu untersuchen, und zwar mit nanoskaliger Auflosung und molekularer Spezifitat. Das System sollte aus einem AFM-Controller, einem Raman-Spektrometer und einem Mikroskop (ausgestattet mit einem Rastermikroskopie-Tisch) bestehen. Das System muss auch Moglichkeiten fur seitliche und untere Beleuchtungsgeometrien beinhalten, um die Untersuchung von transparenten und opaken Proben zu ermoglichen. - Wertungskriterien: technische Spezifikationen 70 %, Preis 30%Awards
