Zurzeit ist die Klaranlage auf 16 000 EW ausgelegt und soll eine Endausbaustufe von 18 000 EW erreichen. In einer Machbarkeitsstudie von 2016 (s. Anlage 8) wurden verschiedene Ausbauvarianten untersucht (aerobe Schlammstabilisierung oder anaerobe Schlammstabilisierung). Erganzend wurden in einer zweiten Variantenuntersuchung die Empfehlungen aus der ersten Vorstudie bestatigt.Die Gemeinde Rodenbach hat sich fur eine Umstellung auf eine anaerobe Schlammstabilisierung (entspricht Variante 2 der Machbarkeitsstudie) entschieden.Abweichend zur Vorplanung Variante 2 aus 2016 wird aktuell die Schlammentwasserung erneuert und von der Kammerfilterpresse auf das System Dekanter umgestellt. Geplant ist eine Inbetriebnahme in 2020.Awards
