Derzeit arbeiten am Standort ca. 300 Mitarbeiter.Dazu wird mit einer baulichen Anbindung an die bestehenden Gebaude des Landratsamtes ein Verwaltungsgebaude neu errichtet und sechs denkmalgeschutzte grunderzeitliche Bestandswohngebaude durch Umbau, Sanierung und Umnutzung eingebunden. Im Blockinnenbereich ist ein Tiefgeschoss fur Parkierung und Archivnutzung vorgesehen.Der geplante Umfang des Bauvorhabens betragt in etwa:-- Gebaudesanierungen ca. 6 000 m2 BGF,-- Neubauten ca. 7 000 m2 BGF,-- Tiefgarage unterhalb des Verwaltungsgebaudes ca. 4 000 m2.Gesamtkostenrahmen (KG200-700): derzeit 27,74 Mio. EUR brutto, Bauwerkskosten KG 500: ca. 1,0 Mio. EUR brutto. Nach derzeitiger Grobterminplanung sind der Baubeginn fur September 2019 und die Fertigstellung fur September 2022 vorgesehen.Awards
