Die Gesamtsteuerung muss die Einzelprojekte und Zukunftsfelder bundeln und diese insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Gesamtklimaneutralitat sowie die zu erwartenden Arbeitsplatzeffekte bewerten. Weiterhin soll die Gesamtsteuerung das Strukturwandelkonzept der klimaneutralen Wissenstransferregion weiterentwickeln und an die jeweils aktuellen, sich stetig verandernden Klimaschutzziele und notwendigen Massnahmen anpassen. Sie ist daruber hinaus fur die Entwicklung von innovativen, umweltfreundlichen Einzelnutzungskonzepten sowie fur die Bewertung von Folgeprojekten im Hinblick auf die Klimaneutralitat und die Arbeitsplatzeffekte zustandig. Weiterhin soll sie fur die dauerhafte Vernetzung der relevanten Strukturwandel-Akteure in der Region (Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft, Verwaltung, Kommunal- und Landespolitik, Umweltschutzverbande, Klimaschutzinitiativen) organisieren und daraus innovative, klimafreundliche und modellhafte Projekte und Massnahmenkonzepte ableiten. Im Rahmen der Gesamtsteuerung soll das gesamte Fordermittelmanagement in der Antragsphase fur alle Investitionsvorhaben im Rahmen des Strukturwandels in enger Absprache mit der EVG ubernommen werden - von der Erarbeitung der Antrage bis hinzu zu den Abstimmungen mit dem Fordermittelgeber.Awards
