Im Zuge der Modernisierung der Stadthalle Magdeburg, mochte die Landeshauptstadt Magdeburg das Umfeld der Stadthalle im Stadtpark Rotehorn neu gestalten. Die Stadthalle, die Hyparschale und der Stadtpark Rotehorn sind Baudenkmale gemass SS 2 Absatz 2 Satz 1 Denkmalschutzgesetz des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt. Fur die Aufgabenwahrnehmung wird ein standiger Vertreter vor Ort erwartet. Die Beauftragung der Planungsleistungen erfolgt stufenweise. Zunachst werden die LPH 2 bis 4 der beschriebenen Leistungsbilder beauftragt. Die Beauftragung der LPH 5 bis 9 der Leistungsbilder nach SSSS 39, 47 und 55 HOAI 2013 erfolgt nach Vorliegen eines positiven Zuwendungsbescheides und sobald die bewilligten Fordermittel verfugbar sind. Eine Vor-Ort-Begehung vor Angebotsabgabe wird dringend empfohlen.Awards
