Lebensjahr aus den Stadten und Gemeinden des Kreises Offenbach, die mit Hilfe einer produktionsorientierten Tatigkeit in den allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt integriert werden sollen.Gegenstand der Massnahme ist die:-- Heranfuhrung an den Arbeitsmarkt und seine Anforderungen (SS 45 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 SGB III) durch das Kennenlernen des Arbeitsbereiches Holz,-- Ermittlung und Aktivierung vorhandener Fahigkeiten und Fertigkeiten der Teilnehmer,-- Erprobung beruflicher Kenntnisse der Teilnehmer im Rahmen einer produktionsorientierten Tatigkeit,-- Forderung der Integrationsbemuhungen der Teilnehmer (u. a. durch Unterstutzung im Bewerbungsprozess),-- sozialpadagogische Begleitung und Forderung der Teilnehmer,-- Vermittlung in eine versicherungspflichtige Beschaftigung (SS 45 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 3 SGB III).Es werden insgesamt acht Teilnehmerplatze beschafft.Awards
