Diesbezuglich sind die Besonderheiten einer Grundung auf einer Altlastenverdachtsflache zu beachten. Zudem liegen Hinweise auf eine Kampfmittelbelastung vor.Die Dreifeldsporthalle soll nach dem energetischen Standard eines Niedrigstenergiegebaudes geplant werden.
