Die Vertragslaufzeit fur die LPh. 1-3 ist dabei von Marz bis Juli 2016 vorgesehen. Nach der Genehmigung der finanziellen Mittel ist beabsichtigt, die weiteren Leistungsphasen stufenweise zu beauftragen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Ubertragung der weiteren Leistungsphasen besteht nicht. Es ist vorgesehen, das Objekt bis Ende 2019 fertigzustellen.Die Baukosten betragen etwa 4 500 000 EUR (netto) ohne Planungskosten.Awards
