In der Ebene Sportler sind die eigentliche Sportflache einschliesslich der Umkleiden und Duschen, Trainer- und Lehrerraume sowie Technik- und Lagerraume untergebracht. Das Gebaude wird als Stahlbetonskelettbau errichtet. Zum Bauvorhaben gehort auch die Neugestaltung von Freianlagen.
