Auf dem Quartier befinden sich ein Parkhaus, 2 Sporthallen, Wohnungen, ein Verwaltungsgebaude, 4 Schulgebaude und Werkstatten sowie eine Mensa. Die Mensa liegt im Mittelpunkt der Bebauung. Das heutige BSZ hat ca. 7 000 Schuler und erstreckt sich uber eine Grundflache von ca. 55 000 m2. Die zugehorigen Aussenanlagen des Berufsschulzentrums sind in die Jahre gekommen. Belage, Parkplatze und Oberflachen sind teilweise stark sanierungsbedurftig. Es fehlt an Aufenthalts- und Sitzmoglichkeiten, die Aufenthaltsqualitat lasst zu wunschen ubrig und soll fur die Zukunft grundlegend verbessert werden. Gleichzeitig soll eine barrierefreie Erschliessung und Durchwegung des Gelandes fur Nutzer und Anwohner erreicht werden.Awards
