Die Bestandsgebaude weisen eine BGF von ca. 3.000 qm aus, der Erweiterungsbau in konventioneller Mauerwerksbauweise mit Stahlbetondecken eine BGF von ca. 1.700 qm sowie die Turnhalle eine BGF von ca. 670 qm.Die energetische Sanierung der Gebaudehulle aller Bestandsgebaude, die Umsetzung der Anforderungen des baulichen Brandschutzes sowie die Neuinstallation der gesamten Gebaudetechnik sind Teil der der Massnahme.Zu den Bestandsgebauden und dem Neubau sind aussenliegende Fluchttreppen - zwei- und dreigeschossig - zu errichten mit Faserzementplattenverkleidungen in Teilbereichen. Fur Bestandsgebaude, Neubau sowie Turnhalle sind freistehende Vordachkonstruktionen mit Faserzementplattenverkleidungen umzusetzen.Awards
