Neben den beiden Standorten Osnabruck-Westerberg und Osnabruck-Haste verfugt die Hochschule Osnabruck noch uber einen weiteren Standort in Lingen (Ems). Der Verwaltungssitz ist in Osnabruck. Die Hochschule besteht aus 4 Fakultaten und dem Institut fur Musik. Es werden rund 100 Studiengange angeboten.Im Rahmen eines von der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) sowie dem Land Niedersachsen geforderten Grossgerates wurde der Hochschule Osnabruck ein Computertomograph (CT) bewilligt. Der CT soll hierbei in der Forschung in den Bereichen Kunststofftechnik, Werkstofftechnik und Maschinenbau eingesetzt werden. Mit dem Gerat sollen u.a. Verstarkungsfasern in Kunststoffe, dreidimensionale Geometrien, herstellungsbedingte Fehlstellen in Kunststoff- und Metallbauteilen sowie Schaumstrukturen analysiert werden.Awards
