KG und der Wasserversorgungsverband Tecklenburger Land bilden eine Einkaufsgemeinschaft. Beide Auftraggeber werden Vertragspartner. Jeder Auftraggeber wird die fur seinen Bedarf erforderlichen Leistungen selbstandig abrufen. Die Rechnungslegung erfolgt gegenuber demjenigen Auftraggeber, der die Leistung abgerufen hat. Der jeweilige Auftraggeber haftet lediglich fur seine abgerufene Leistung. Eine gesamtschuldnerische Haftung der SWTE Netz GmbH & Co.
