Gegenstand der zu vergebenden Leistungen sind die Objektplanungsleistungen der Leistungsphasen 2-9 nach SS 34 HOAI und die Planungsleistungen der technischen Gebaudeausrustung der Leistungsphasen 2-9 nach SS 55 HOAI. Die Objektplanungsleistungen umfassen u. a. die Planung einer Betonsanierung noch offenen Umfangs und erforderlichenfalls die Planung einer Dachsanierung. Eine stufenweise Beauftragung ist vorgesehen. Die Stadt Wesseling hat eine Machbarkeitsstudie erstellen lassen.
