Das Objekt soll in ca. 152 Wohneinheiten umgebaut werden (modernes, nachhaltiges Wohnen) mit ca. 8 400 m2 Wohnflache Wohnungsgrundrisse zum grossen Teil gemass Landeswohnraumforderungsgesetz mit folgender Mischung: -- 26 x 1 Zi. -Wohnungen ca. 26-51 m2, ca. 17 %; -- 96 x 2 - 2,5 Zi. - Wohnungen ca. 41-71 m2, ca. 63 %; -- 30 x 3 - 3,5 Zi. - Wohnungen ca. 62-105 m2, ca. 20 %. Das Gebaude steht momentan unter Denkmalschutz. Aktuell wird von eine Planung mit WDVS und KfW-Effizienzhaus 100 ausgegangen. Im Gartengeschosses des Gebaudes soll eine dreigruppige Kita mit konzipiert werden. An der Fassade sind vorgehangte Balkone geplant. Hier wird im Vorfeld ein Gestaltungswettbewerb stattfinden. Die gestalterischen Ergebnisse sind in die Planungen zu integrieren.Awards
