Zudem wird ein detaillierter Realisierungsplan in Projektstufen fur das gesamte Gebiet gefordert. Teil der Massnahme wird die konkrete Planung eines ersten Teilgebietes, der Gurzenichstrasse. Beauftragt werden die Leistungsphasen Vorentwurfs- und Entwurfsplanung (Leistungsphase 2 - 3) Objektplanung Freianlagen gemassSS 39 der Honorarordnung fur Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI) sowie Teilleistungen der Leistungsphase 4 -9, zum Beispiel die kunstlerische Oberleitung wahrend des Bauprozesses.
