Es steht als herausragendes Beispiel fur Verwaltungsgebaude der Nachkriegsmoderne unter Denkmalschutz.Ein herabfallendes Fassadenteil machte 2013 die Dringlichkeit einer Fassadensanierung deutlich. Eine daraufhin erstellte Machbarkeitsstudie kommt zu dem Ergebnis einer Gesamtsanierung.Dabei sind Anpassungen an heutige Anforderungen des Brandschutzes, der Barrierefreiheit und zeitgemasse Arbeitsbedingungen zu berucksichtigen.Beauftragt werden soll die Objektplanung Gebaude gem. SS 34 HOAI 2013.Das Gesamtinvestitionsvolumen wird auf rund 38 Mio. EU brutto geschatzt (KG 200 bis 700).Eine Fehlflache von rd. 850 m2 kann nicht im Gebaude abgebildet werden.Optionale Vertragserweiterung: Untersuchung von Erweiterungsmoglichkeiten als Massemodelle.Weitere Unterlagen stehen unter dem in Ziffer I.3 genannten Zugang zur Verfugung.Awards
